Our goal is to build pride, courage and confidence in every athlete we serve - skills we believe will serve your child throughout their lifetime. At Empire, we are providing Central Arkansas families with more than just a place to train - it's a place they can call home.

Full Season teams kick off each May and our Express Teams start multiple times throughout the year. Plus, we host monthly cheerleading clinics too that your child can join anytime.
